About Me
Tate
Hi, my name is Tate and I am from Raleigh, North Carolina. I use he/him pronouns. I enjoy reading and spending time with my six pets (four cats, two dogs). I also have two younger sisters, one starting 7th grade and the other 9th. My favorite books are any kind of detective fiction, such as David Baldacci and Michael Connelly, but I can make do with almost anything. I am also a coffee drinker and a big Dunkin’ fan, although Summit has been great recently. I enjoy volunteering and plan to do a lot of it while at Davidson. My favorite foods are pasta and ice cream, both of which, I am pleased to say, I now have easy access to through Commons. I am really excited to start this class and be able to improve my writing skills and to get to meet everyone else!

Unlimited access to ice cream and pasta will make for a great year, I’m totally with you on that! 🙂
I enjoy volunteering too! Actually, when I was in Ukraine, I helped abandoned dogs feel that they were not alone, and there was always someone who would take care of them.
Hi Tate! It looks like we have a lot in common. I absolutely love pasta and too, share a deep connection with my feline friend (dogs are ok too). Hopefully we can volunteer together during our time at Davidson
Six pets! Wow! So where do you stand in the cats vs. dog debate? I’m glad to hear you’re an avid reader, because the best way to become a good writer is to read, read, read!
